They are proud parents of twins: their son, Theodore Ginn III, and daughter, Krysten Lee Ginn, born in 2010.Ted Ginn Sr., his father, is not only a legendary high school football coach but also a guiding force in his life, shaping his values and career with unwavering support and wisdom. Ted Ginn Sr. is not just a father to Ted Ginn Jr.; he’s a cornerstone of their family’s legacy and a transformative figure in the Cleveland community. As the head coach of Glenville High School’s football team, Ted Sr. has built a remarkable career centered on mentoring young athletes and guiding them toward success both on and off the field.

Accomplishments in Coaching

Over 30 years as head coach of the Glenville High School Tarblooders, Ted Ginn Sr. has become one of the most respected high school coaches in the nation.
He led Glenville to become the first Cleveland public school team to win an Ohio state football championship in 2022.
Under his guidance, Glenville High has produced numerous NFL players, including his son, Ted Ginn Jr., Donte Whitner, and Marshon Lattimore.

He founded the Ginn Academy, Ohio’s first all-male public high school, which focuses on academics, discipline, and life skills to help young men realize their full potential.
The school has achieved a remarkable graduation rate, with many students going on to college or pursuing professional careers.
His football program is as much about building character as it is about winning games, instilling values like hard work, accountability, and respect.
